Labor dispatch services

Labor dispatch, also known as talent dispatch, talent leasing, labor dispatch, or labor leasing, refers to a new employment model where a labor dispatch agency signs a labor contract with dispatched employees, who then provide services to the employing enterprise. The services offered by labor dispatch and personnel agency are largely similar, but the core difference lies in the nature of the labor relationship. Specifically, the labor contract relationship exists between the labor dispatch agency and the dispatched employees, while the actual provision of labor occurs between the dispatched employees and the employing enterprise.
